Patios and Balconies

  1. No articles shall be hung or shaken from the doors or windows or placed upon the outside window sills of the unit.
  2. The walkways, entrances, halls, corridors, stairways and roads shall not be obstructed or used for any purpose other than ingress to, or egress from the units.
  3. No one is permitted to spit or throw anything from balconies.
  4. The use of any type of spray tanning product is prohibited on any common deck walkway.
