Building Access, Parking and Driveways

  1. Clearance in Garage is 7 feet. Large SUVs with a carrier is not allowed.

    The walkways, entrances, halls, corridors, and stairways shall not be obstructed or used for any purpose other than ingress to an egress from the units.

  2. No bicycles, scooters, baby carriages, beach equipment (e.g. beach chairs, umbrellas, sandals, boogie boards) or similar personal articles shall be allowed to stand in any of the common areas or driveways, including rear walkways.
  3. No vehicle belonging to an owner or to a member of the family or guest, tenant, or employee of an owner shall be parked in such a manner as to impede or prevent ready access to another parking space.  The owners, their families, employees, servants, agents, visitors, tenants and licensees will obey all parking regulations.
  4. No roof top carriers are allowed in parking area due to low clearance (7 feet, o inches).
  5. All parking spots are designated.  You may not park in any spot other than your own at any time.
  6. No spraying of sun products on cement, garage area, elevator, pool bathrooms, or pool/hot tub deck area.  Sun products stain surfaces.  Spray products on grass areas.
